THE NUTRITION NOOK

We believe there is a strong mind/body connection and acknowledge the importance of improving one’s relationship with food, using food as fuel and creating connection over food.

Red Deer Pole Academy believes wellness is achieved through both mind and body development. Not only do we strive to have the highest quality of trained pole and fitness instructors, we have registered dietitians available for fee based consultation to provide client centered and evidenced based nutrition information. Dietitians are nutrition experts registered with the College of Dietitians of Alberta which acts as their regulatory body. Our dietitians use a health at every size approach to nutrition counselling and wellness.
